Order Management and ChRM integration

Summary:

Is OM integrated to ChRM?

As far as I am ready ChRM gets csv data from Sales Order Invoices. So it seems to me there is no integration between both modules and you need to do a manual load. I was expecting any time you create a Sales Order for a customer and item which is eligible for a customer program would get applied and accrual could be created automatically.

Does it mean I need to create a report for AR invoices for Sales Orders eligible for a customer rebate and load them manually into ChRM?

Any insights on this topic would be appreciated!
