How to create AP Payment Terms with Fixed Date Discounts

Summary:

Is there a way to configure AP payment terms with fixed discount dates? We are able to enter a fixed Installment date but there is no option for the Discount. This functionality is available in AR payment terms but not AP payment terms (see attached screenshots). If this is no longer a functionality, is there a workaround?
