Segment Security Changes

Summary:

What are the steps to edit/ add the existing data security for a segment?

Example:

1. Created a segment security condition and policy and assign to a custom SVS role 001.
2. Deployed the Accounting Flexfield.
3. Assigned SVS role 001 to user A

Requirement: Need to create new condition and policy to assign the existing SVS role 001.

1. Edit the data security
2. create new condition and policy
3. assign to existing SVS role 001

Issue: User A still not able to see the new segment values under the new condition and policy.
