OIC Gen3: GenericSoapPort SOAP Connection Error [REST_AUTH_INIT_ERR]

Summary:

We are utilizing a SOAP connection to facilitate authentication between the OIC Gen3 application and the Oracle Cloud ERP application. We are using the same OAuth Client and Resource are employed for all SOAP connections.

The SOAP connection pointing tohttps://xx.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?WSDLis working fine but, the connection pointing to https://xx.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/idcws/GenericSoapPort?WSDLis failing with the following error.

REST_AUTH_INIT_ERR missing auth context at runtime. Illegal connection state. If this is non-transient, then please re-test and save the connection in the design time and reactivate the integration. If the problem persists, please contact oracle support.
