can't find out tenancy name, lost access to my old email

forgot my tenancy name and can't access the email i created my account with

my original email is lazbarmed@gmail.com, I changed Oracle account email to my new email: lazbar01@gmail.com, but when i request tenancy name as i forgot it it sends me an email saying there is no tenancy in my account

the tenant was in zurich
