How to take an extract of supplies and demands table?

Hello,

We would like to take a snapshot of supplies and demands table on a daily basis for reconcillation purposes. Specifically we would like to take a dump of all sales orders with a certain range of suggested due date, and their corresponding pegged supplies. But export as excel is not doable, as we have more than 500 rows. ADfDi also has a draw back as pegged supplies cannot be exported. We tried several filters but none made the file less than 500 rows to be exported with the excel export option. Is there any other way of export?
