Grade "Redwood" screen be read-only

A requirement for a custom role is that the Grade "Redwood" screen be read-only. Users with this role should only search for and view existing grades without the ability to add or edit them.

Should I remove or add privileges to meet this requirement? If not, how can this be done using Visual Builder?

Is there a document or video to guide me?
