24D Journeys Available for Nonworkers

Hi Team,

I am exploring the below new feature introduced in 24D:
Journeys Available for Nonworkers

But when I see, 24C and 24D pods, both have ORA_PER_AOR_CALCULATE_NONWORKER profile available (value N).

Also, actions in checklist template shows add non worker and add non worker relationship actions in the lov.
Not sure what new has come up here.
