Recruiter adds Extra Internal Info which is available in HCM when candidate is Hired

Summary:

Our Recruiters are required to capture information in the Extra Internal Info section within a candidate job application. My understanding is that the data entered here, should be available under the Person > Extra Info page once the candidate is Hired as an Employee, however, this doesn't seem to be working as I expect it. The Extra Info tab on the Employee / Person record is not showing the data logged through the Job Application > Extra Internal Info tab.
