End Dated Coverage Still Showing on HCM Extract
Summary:
Hi there. We've had to recently end date coverage for a few folks. These are exceptions of individuals who should've lost coverage long ago but were just recently caught in an audit.
We had to process a "Loss of Eligibility" event for one Dependent who actually aged out a while ago but was never formally processed in the system. Their Coverage End Date is 08-Jan-2021. And another, we had to process a "Termination" event for an employee who had a Global Transfer in 2017, but whose coverage from their previous Work Relationship never got end dated. The Coverage End Date is 31-Dec-2016. Because they've technically lost coverage so long ago, the expected behavior was that these rows would drop off the Benefits Extracts.
