"Invoice Documents Recognition Tracking” and gmail confirmation code

Trying to get gmail confirmation code so have followed KB47469 and ran "Invoice Documents Recognition Tracking”

in output shows:

Received from Email ID	Subject
		forwarding-noreply@google.com	(WW Forwarding Confirmation - Receive Mail from <company email address>

so not the # as per the KB article.

Confirmation code will be in 'Subject' column starting with #.

For example: #12345

anyone know how to get the verification code out, as the gmail admin is saying it's still showing as pending.
