Order line got into Hold for change request for sales order
Summary:
Hi Team,
Business created a order with multiple lines.
One of the order line got stuck with Hold for Change Request with Awaiting shipping status.
If we tried to do revision system didnt allow us and giving an error like already a background process is running we cannot create a revison.
Then ran Recover errors for the order and now the order got into below error:
Unable to resubmit or create revision too.
Is there anything we can do from our side? or do we need to reach SR Support?
