Response Rule

Hi,

We have some questions regarding response rules. We'd like to understand what it'd look like to use the response rules in some specific situations. We'd appreciate it if anybody could answer our questions.

*Please assume that you've implemented all of the following response rules for your Eloqua instance by navigating to Response Rules > Default Campaign Response Rules > "Response Activity" Column:

  • Does "Response - Hypersite Page Visit" in the picklist mean visit to the (non-Eloqua) website that has first party cookie tracking implemented?
  • If a contact clicking an email and immediately accessing an Eloqua LP, would his/her response be triggered as "Response - Landing Page Visit", instead of "Response - Email Click-through"? Assume that "Response - Landing Page Visit" is in the higher priority than "Response - Email Click-through".
