How to change the PDF line to solid line

Hi all,

We are migrating the reports from FRS to Narrative Reporting. In the old report, the line format between each line is solid line in PDF, but in the new report it turns to dotted line. Is there any way to change? Attached the expected result for your reference. Thanks!
