Transaction date of Credit Memo is in closed period

Solution : Set "Accounting Date in a Closed Period" to Adjust in for transaction source and import the data.

But would like to understand how would accounting look like, i mean whether its get accounted in Closed period or next open period.

inour case OCT-24 is closed period, and Nov-24 is open.

Please help us with Accounting happens…
