"An Unexpected error" popup in feedback redwood page.

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the feedback page. When we try to open it, an "Unexpected error occurred" popup appears. Additionally, we are unable to provide feedback to employees.

I have attached the navigation steps and a screenshot of the issue for your reference.

Navigation: My Team > Show more > Feedback
