Trying to unpick our Seniority Date setup

Summary:

I'm trying to figure how Seniority Dates has been set up on our system.

We appear to have two configurations providing the same answer but with different names.
Also, within our OTBI Subject Areas, only the "Workforce Management - Person Seniority Real Time" has any relevant content.

If I run SELECT * FROM FUSION.PER_EMPL_CONFIGURATIONS (within a data model in BI Publisher), I get the following output.
