Employee not able to enroll through ESS in Open event

Summary:

An employee is not able to make enrollments through open window. When we login as a Benefit Administration we are able to make benefit enrollments but when the employee tries to enroll they are not able to enroll.

There were two enrollments for the "Supplemental Life" plan and in the same option "1x NS" from 1/4/2024. Due to which we performed an override and end dated the coverage and rates as of 1/4/24 for one of the enrollments in Supplemental life. We left the other enrollment as is because there should be one enrollment in supplemental life for the employee.

We attached the open window for this employee through the schedule process and did not face any issue but now when the employee goes into the system they are not able to enroll.
