When Run Grade steps progression, then it includes future Salary update (next Salary review Date)
Summary:
At the moment we are doing some testing to automate the Progression Grade Ladder, but when we "Run Grade steps progression", then it includes future Salary update (next Salary review Date), as example we want to "Run Grade steps progression" on Period 01.01.2025 to include only the population having last updated Salary on 01.01.2024, but unfortunately it include also population with future Salary update (01.04.2025) as example.
Any idea how to exclude this population as this will be automated?.
