How to remove Context from Sales Order Extensible Flexfield?

Summary:

We added 2 contexts in Sales Order extensible flexfield. Now, we don't require one of the context. Tried to remove unwanted context & submitted Process 'Publish Extensible Flexfield Attributes'. After this we created & submitted a sales order. But, sales order revert back to Draft status with error'Order management changed the sales order from Draft status to Draft status. Contact your order administrator.
