Is it possible to report on Number of Positions requested, approved, rejected, pending?

Summary:

I have a requirement to design a Dashboard designed to track the overall timeline to 'Hire an new employee' from the time the initial position is requested/amended until an employees start date. It is a cross functional dashboard that should provide visibility for Reward, HoHR, HRBPs, TA, allowing intervention in processes as required.

The goal of the report is to track how we are performing against agreed internal deadlines for the recruitment process from initiation to employee commencing in the business.

The issue that I have is that I cannot seem to link details from Transaction Administration Real Time
