Remove alert message, change template

Summary: Remove alert message, change template

Our client needs to change the template several times, and the alert message is always displayed. Does anyone know if it is possible to remove this message to change the template? As it is very common, this alert ends up being a bit annoying.

"If you change the expense template, you'll delete information you already entered for this expense item. Do you want to continue?"
