Succession Planning: Leaders are able to select Jobs and departments outside of their hierarchy
Summary:
When leaders are using the Quick Action Create Succession Plan via navigation: My Team > Show more > Create Succession Plan, they can select positions, jobs and departments outside of their hierarchies.
Is this the expected behaviour on the Redwood pages for Create Succession Plan, or should this be raised as a SR?
We primarily use the Job type succession plan, but the same behaviour is seen when using the Position Type plan, where they can select any position & department within our Business Unit, rather than limited to their hierarchies.
