Can we use Work History and Education in ORC?

Hello,

For a client, we are implementing Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud module and we want to make use of the Work History and Education functionalities when candidates apply to the Job posted on external career site. But our concern is, if we enable the Work History and Education section, does it out as unexpected usage for the client? or we can enable it without having the Talent Management module?
