In Oracle CX Sales how to lock access to the environment
Summary:
We are looking to freeze access to the environment for non admin users. This is necessary to perform push some new implementations. I am looking to 'Lock' the sales_reps and sales_managers users for now but not sure if this has any permanent side effects when I unlock them again after the freeze is done.
Are there any alternatives, such as a maintenance mode?
