Auto Provisioning of custom role when supplier is created

Summary:

We have a custom role which needs to be assigned once the supplier contact is created. I have configured rule mappings and run the Autoprovision Roles for All Users process. But still the roles is not reflected in supplier contact.

Any inputs would be helpful.
