Element input value in number should not show comma

Summary:

We have a created one Number input value ( Pran number) in element for one idividual compensation (NPS Plan) and it has a validation formula that it should only be of 12 digits. Now when the employee is adding their Pran number, the number is coming in comma eg: 12,34,566,900

They dont want to have comma coming in that. Is it possible that only number should come and not comma.

If we change the unit of measure to Text from Number then the vaildation formula would not work that is to have only 12 digits.

What else can be done so that comma should not come, and is it even possible.

Howdy, Stranger!
