Hi All

Greetings!

We have a requirement for downloading UCM content file via webservice call.

But we are getting an error "Unable to download 'UCMFAXXXXXX'. User 'XXXXXXXX' does not have sufficient privileges." ( UCM ID and User Name have been scrambled).

Are there any changes required in the API call or security setup in this case?

If anyone has any details for the same - please let me know.
