How do I set up notifications for auto-rejected manual subledger journals?

Summary: In 24D, there is a new feature for exception-based approvals for manual subledger entries. I've set up this feature in the test region so that manual subledger entries are auto-rejected. The auto-rejection is working as designed, but it doesn't appear that users receive a notification that the manual subledger journals were auto-rejected. How do we set up a notification so that users are aware that once they submit the manual subledger journals for approval that they will be auto-rejected?
