Summary:

For Sales order we have a scenario where the same party site is used by 2 different accounts and as the SHIP_TO_SITE_USE_ID is blank in DOO_FULFILL_LINES as well as WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS table there is no way to figure out from tables which is the ship_to_site_uses valid for the particular order as the link ends at the party site . The customer account is there on the order but its pointing to the bill to customer while we want the ship to customer which is linked to the ship to site.
