Redirect links in footer not capturing click data - how to troubleshoot?

For the last 3-4 weeks we've stopped seeing hyperlink data info in our reports. This is only happening with redirect links in the footer component of the emails, header and email body hyperlinks are being tracked ok. The hyperlinked images within the footer all have elqTrack=true parameters visible so unsure how to troubleshoot why we can't see clicks in any email reports or the click map (see image). Multiple people have tested the links and they're going to the correct destination but our activity isn't being captured.
