Handling ADRPBF Pension Contributions During Unpaid Leave in Oracle HCM Cloud

Hello Oracle Community,

We are working on a requirement related to the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund (ADRPBF) for employees on unpaid leave. According to ADRPBF regulations, when an employee takes unpaid leave, they are responsible for paying both the employee and employer pension contributions based on the unpaid leave amount.

Currently, our Oracle HCM Cloud setup does not handle this scenario However, this is being handled for GPSSA.

We are looking for guidance or suggestions on the best way to configure or customize Oracle HCM Cloud to meet this requirement. Specifically:

  1. Employees on unpaid leave must pay both employee and employer contributions based on their unpaid leave amount.
