Redwood Total Compensation Statement - RSU value not calculating in online view

In Redwoood, viewing the Total Compensation Statement online - RSU and PSU values do not display in the table format or using the Calculate Stock value button. However, it does display in the PDF.

We do use the stock type of RSU (vs Oracle standard of RSP).

What is the reason the Value field will not display in the table or by using Calculate Stock value button?
