Unable to login to new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal
The user is unable to log in to the new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal and is encountering an 'Identification not matched' error.
The user is entering the Support Identifier as the Subscription ID and the Organization name as the Account Name for identification.
Please note that the user is able to log in to the old My Oracle Cloud Support Portal using their Oracle Account.
Kindly comment the solution, if someone has faced or resolved this issue before.
