Problem during login to cloud console

Not possible to login on console because I does'nt receive any authorization code on my mobile

Dears,
I got an OCI Free Tier account but I run into login problem when I want to connect on console.
I enter a valid User/Password, then a page tells me that there will be a Mobile App Verification (passcode) but I didnt' receive anything. And I didn't setup a bypass code. So I'm completely stucked. Could you tell me if there is a specific procedure to workaround this problem ?
