Change customer name data when creating an RMA

The business has several customers with the same name wich is allowed each one with its own special patent for being small stores, but these customers have differents registry ID, also the name it is required for a certification in electronic invoicing for the tax authority.

We have observed that when creating an RMA for a customer whose name is in lower case with unique registry ID, when saving or submit the sales order, the customer is changed to the same customer name with upper case with other registry ID.
