unable to adding a new 9-Block Rating

in Career and Succession

Hi Team

  1. Select ‘Me’
  2. Type any employee
  3. Select ‘Show More
  4. Select Talent Ratings
  5. Navigate to the bottom of the screen to the ‘9-Block Rating’ section
  6. Select +Add.
  7. The next screen comes up with the current 9-Block information and does not allow creation of a new record

Could you please help me on this
