How is the planned buy order requested delivery date calculated on a PO released from planning?

Summary:

When a planned buy order is released from Oracle Supply planning, it creates a requisition in SCO. When the requisition is processed to PO, is BPA taken into account for Requested delivery date or promised date? or dates calculated by Planning are honored?

Planned buy orders are released from planning but the suggested order date is not being reflected on the PO delivery date. Planning does not collect BPA but outside planning BPAs are present for the Item. Is that taken into account while processing planning generated POs?
