When I add a new user through OracleIdentityCloudService, they receive an email that asks them to activate their profile. However, when they click on the link they get the message "The link that you are trying to access has either already been used or has expired". This happens regardless if this is the same day or two days after they receive the link. Is there some issue with the activate profile email? Is there a specific timing to setting up new users to ensure they can use it? We use OKTA SSO, would that have an impact?
