Fusion to SFTP - File got corrupted

Summary:

By bursting query we are transferring a fusion report to SOA SFTP. But in SOA SFTP the files seems to have missing lines. i.ie., Fusion report has 18k lines in it but in SFTP we can see only 7k lines.
