Personal Contribution Approval History

Summary:

An employee had submitted an ICP request. After approval, it was noticed the details were not updated in the corresponding element entry.
So we checked the transaction history and diagnostic log.

The transaction history in the diagnostic log had a row which had a description "Editted by approver". Where as the detail in the View Transaction History had a block which says Edited By the <requester name>.

What can we conclude from this information ? Whether it was updated by the approver or by the requester ?
