The users from the AR team claim that prior to 24D, they could copy/paste values into the Customer Account Number field and upload the file with no issues. As soon as we upgraded to 24D, they receive "Insert failed" message. Screenshots below.
We have two workarounds. (A) they upload the spreadsheet with the Customer Account Number field blank, and then manually add the values in Oracle. This can be time consuming. or (B) we've had mixed success when double-clicking into any of the cells under Customer Account Number, then searching/selecting one Customer, and then copy/pasting the remaining Customer numbers. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
