Error While Submitting sales order for Credit card customer

Hi

In our production instance we are facing getting below error message while submitting the sales order for credit card customer.

"Payment - Order management did not submit the sales order because of the following payment error: Not Valid Correct the problem, and then resubmit the order."

We have ensured that credit card is valid and also cybersource authentications are all good. However when submitting the sales order we are facing this issue.

This is first credit card order we are trying to process in production instance.

Any idea what could be the issue here?

We have SR with oracle for this, but just wanted to check if anyone else has faced this issue.
