Summary:

We would like to be able to use diversity filters during candidate screening

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We would like to be able to use diversity filters during candidate screening, such as:

  • Filter by race/ethnicity (e.g., Black and Brown individuals)
  • Filter by combined gender and race (e.g., Black women)

Currently, we cannot find this functionality in the system.

Would it be possible to consider implementing these filters in a future update?We appreciate your attention and are available to discuss further details about this proposal.
