We want to clean up CCIDs having Zero balances Automatically. Is there a quick and efficient way ?

We want to clean up CCIDs having Zero balances . currently it is a very time consuming process to check on each CCID string and perform the action. What type of accounts can be end dated automatically if there are no activity in CCID/Group from past few months and balance is zero so that we can clean all the accounts and remove unwanted data from the system.
