How to display candidate attachments as hyperlinks on the offer approval notification?

Summary:

We would like to make it easier for Offer Approvers to see resumes, cover letters and other documents provided by the candidate. Ideally, the list of attachments could be presented as hyperlinks which would open the associated document when clicked.

Presently, the approvers will only see the names of the attachments but, must navigate back to the job application (away from the Approval Request) to be able to access the attachments.

We would like to save these extra steps for the Offer Approvers.
