We are not able to find "When do you expect the new work relationship" Field in Autocomplete rule

We are trying to build validation in local and Global transfer action on "When do you expect the new work relationship" field. This field is not available in Autocomplete rule of when and why section.
Use case:We want to apply a validation on (When do you expect the new work relationship to end?) field to be not more than 1 year and not less than 2 months. If not, it should show an error.
