No LOV for message template to send message to candidate

Hi Everyone,

We've observed hiring team members don't get LOV for message template to send mail to candidate using predefined templates


I've checked the notification template in Recruiting Content Library are active


I've checked multiple support docs and CCC discussion and it did not help in addressing issue.
