Need to configure a custom validation for bank account changes

Dear Team,


Here we have received a user requirement to avoid the bank account changes for users who have got a bank loan. Currently we have configured a new field to update the bank loan status.

If the bank loan status field updated as Yes, the user should not be able to change the bank account. If the bank loan status field updated as No, the user should be able to edit the bank account number.

Is there any possibility to do that. Highly appreciate your support on this matter.
