Questions on implementing ADP workforce now payroll interface V2

We are newly implementing “Run Payroll Interface for ADP Workforce Now V2”. We found that there are two different places to set the offset date to auto increment process start and process end date during the schedule but and would like to know which is effective for US ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2
